Phila Sibanda, the founder of Uramo Home Care, has a strong background in business administration, human resources and is a certified personal support worker. Some of the disciplines that she is qualified for include First Aid and CPR for HCP level C, Gentle Persuasive Approach, Palliative Care, AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act), Safe Food Handling, Dysphagia Care, Dementia Care, Autism Care, Worker Health and Safety Awareness, WHMIS, and Fall Prevention
