Home Care and Retirement Homes
In every home we are assigned to, Uramo Home Care offers considerate and respectful care. Our one-on-one care tasks includes washing, dressing, grooming, cleaning, reminding patients to take their medications, preparing meals, light housekeeping, and overnight home care are assisted for clients.
This category also includes senior companion care, palliative care, and Alzheimer’s disease care. It’s important
to remember that our carers are licensed G class drivers, so they can help patients with driving-related tasks.
The Retirement Homes Act of 2010 governs retirement communities. The Act and other laws pertaining to
care work are always followed by our personal support workers and support service employees.
Hospital and Nursing Care
In accordance with the job description, we help registered nurses personally tend to the patients. In order to support the nurse, our careers are also taught to report any changes in the client’s behavior.
Additionally, we support nurses in their efforts to continuously improve the quality of care by taking on a range of tasks like identifying areas where current procedures and protocols could be improved, creating fresh approaches to providing high-quality care, gathering information about patient outcomes, and analyzing data to find possible improvement areas.
Private School Care
Health care personnel are occasionally needed by educational institutions for a variety of reasons. We collaborate with schools in assisting with care needs.
Specialized Care
Under specialized care, we provide the following services:
- Palliative Care (In facility or at home)
- Post operative care
Adult and children’s respite services - Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.
All our care providers are trained in ensuring our clients are treated with dignity. Privacy of all our clients is respected and safety is of great priority.
